This series showcases various portraits of guests, DJs, and friends from a queer club. Some are people I know, while others are strangers. I actively asked them to pose for me. I actively asked them to pose for me. The act of posing in the midst of heightened energy and euphoria is something I find intriguing, as it evokes an intense sense of presence. It’s also a way for me to practice portrait photography, putting myself in a chaotic and challenging environment, especially in a space with low lighting like this one.
